Why this exists, kept small

For too long, women were told the problem was them.

Too many women have had appointments that ended too soon and advice that did not fit. Women were not the problem; the evidence was incomplete. We begin by listening carefully, in a founding cohort small enough to sit around one table.

  • Your observations inform your experience

Small enough that no voice is lost, each one is genuinely heard.

  • We learn across the founding journey

Few enough to know you, and to walk beside you with real care.

  • We build it with you

Through feedback and co-development, separate from any research choice.

In their words

What it can look like, in a life like yours.

Senior Partner, law firm

Before

  • Mental and emotional fatigue
  • Reduced cognitive capacity and clarity
  • Difficulty recovering between work periods
  • A rising cumulative load

After

  • Noticeably improved sleep
  • Clearer thought and decision-making
  • Improved recovery between work periods
  • Greater control over her recovery

“What I found particularly impactful was the speed at which a sense of capacity could be restored, supported by clear guidance and practical interventions that did not require complex routines.”

Questions

Before you decide.

We are beginning with a small cohort so we can listen carefully, learn how the experience works in practice and improve it with members. The aim is depth of participation and thoughtful development, not artificial scarcity: a founding cohort should fit around a single table.

Read our mission

Your membership gives you access to Obsera and the relevant community or in-person benefits. It also supports independent women's health research, developing and improving Obsera, responsible data governance and safeguards, and the wider work of River Arts Observatory during its founding year.

With separate, optional research consent, selected observations may contribute to aggregated Observatory learning and future ethically reviewed research. Membership does not depend on agreeing to this use.
