Hosted at River Arts Club · Home of River Arts Observatory
Gather somewhere designed for better conversations.
River Arts Club offers organisations and networks an intimate riverside setting for meetings, insights and gatherings, with optional Observatory-led experiences available by arrangement.
Why gather here
A place built around curiosity, not productivity.
People don’t remember the room they met in. They remember how the day made them think, and how it made them feel. This is a setting made for exactly that.
Time away
A day out of the ordinary, far from the usual pings and distractions.
A calm riverside setting
Gardens and water that slow the pace and open the mind.
Better conversations
Rooms designed for candour rather than performance.
Fresh thinking
A change of place that lets new ideas quietly surface.
Small groups
Intimate by design, so every voice in the room is heard.
Space to think
Quiet corners for the thinking that matters most.
Move, swim and pause
Movement classes, river swimming and a sauna, time to change pace between conversations.
Everything your event needs
Considered, from arrival to breakfast.
Exclusive use
Exclusive whole-house hire of River Arts Club, with the house yours alone for your gathering.
Meetings and workshops
Flexible spaces that adapt to strategy days, workshops and quiet breakout conversations.
Food

Stay overnight
Ten beautifully designed bedrooms, so conversations can continue into the evening.
Riverside setting
Gardens, river walks and quiet places to think between sessions.

What makes it different
Experience the Observatory in motion.
Most venues offer a meeting room. Only here can your group step inside the work happening in a living women-first observatory, not as a conference add-on, but as something genuinely different.
- A guided introduction to the Observatory
- Short workshops exploring women's health and longitudinal thinking
- Interactive Obsera demonstrations, clearly labelled as product demonstrations rather than assessment
- Curated discussions on resilience, leadership and women's health
Observatory workshops are optional. No research participation or personal data collection takes place as part of venue hire unless individuals are separately invited, informed and give consent.
A typical day
